Do I need a gym to do the sessions?

No, the sessions are tailored to you. So the options are training in a gym, training at home or a mixture of both. Same goes for equipment we can discuss what you have access to and I will plan your program around that.  

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel at anytime from the app on your computer. No commitment.
